Dairy Forum highlighted at FHC2018
乳制品图片 With the rapid development of the milk beverage market, yogurt is widely loved by consumers in the market. Since 2014, the annual retail sales growth rate of yogurt in China has exceeded 20%. The cheese growth rate between 2015 and 2017 is between 15% and 25%. It is expected that China will exceed the US in 2022 to become the world's largest dairy market.
Although the Chinese dairy industry is growing rapidly, it is still relatively low compared to the annual per capita consumption of dairy products in other countries. Health and nutrition are the main considerations for Chinese consumers. Therefore, there is still much room for development in China's dairy consumption.
